Very quick service and friendly workers. I called around 9am and was seen and finished by 11:30am from making an appointment same day! Very impressed with the timelines and speed of everything. Now the price is the only reason I give them 4 stars. I spent $445 to have my tub unclogged. So be lookin to spent a cute coin but it was worth it. They also give you a 30 day warranty so we shall see but I have no issues other than price.
Last night we attempted to make an appointment for Roto Rooter to come out. My husband called this morning around 730 to make sure it went through and it hadn’t. The agent on the call said I’ll have someone out there between 8 and 10. 15 min later he received a phone call saying the tech would be here in 30 min. Domenic (#1436) showed up and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to snake our line and have it cleared in no time. I was very impressed by him and the company for being so efficient. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter in the future and will be recommending them to friend and family.

I could not have been happier and more satisfied with the service I received from Patrick Maclary (technician #4284). He arrived promptly at my home and was extremely professional and fully explained the options for addressing my backed up drain. He first recommended some alternatives for unclogging the drain to save the cost of the additional work. I tried those options but my drain was too heavily clogged, so I called Patrick the next morning and he arrived promptly and gave me a very competitive price for his service (I had called several plumbers and drain cleaning services and compared prices). Patrick also walked me through the plumbing layout and inspected with the pipes all the way to the basement to check if there was obvious problems that might cause future problems. Upon servicing the drain he found the problem, a large heavy wire twist tie that had accumulated lots if hair and gunk and had formed into a nasty ball. Once that was removed, he then spent a good twenty minutes testing the drain over and over again to ensure it was fully running. He cleaned up everything and replaced the items under the sink. I now have a great running drain and Patrick even gave me ideas for some improvements I could do myself with regard to the plumbing in the basement. Just an overall excellent experience, and it is good to know that if the drain clogs again in the next several months, Patrick will return to service the drain free of charge. I would recommend Patrick to anyone in the New Bedford, Fall Rive area or the greater Bristol County!
Three stars for customer service. Initially they told me a time window of 12-4. They called at 2pm to tell me a technician would be available soon and they would let me know when. I called them at 4pm, since I had not heard anything, to have the dispatcher tell me “We on our way”, only to hear back from the woman ten minutes later that they had to find a new technician and it should be 15-20 minutes. Ultimately, the plumbers did not show up until 6pm—8.5 hours after I placed my call at 9:30am.
