Very good plumbers. My Family has been going to Deacon Plumbing for years. They've always taken good care of us. I've found there work to be impeccable and the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.
I tried to get some work done but the receptionist was super rude, said they would get back to me and never did.
I didn't bother to call back because, who has time to deal with rude people who don't call back when there are so many other more reliable companies
This company is unethical. They took $92 from my company for an appointment and estimate, never showed and informed us later that they would not come even after scheduling it and taking our money. Despite the fact that they caused us a lot of problems with our client over it, they just callously jerked us around. Do not use them for anything unless you want to be swindled
Really expensive. I was a customer for 30 years and was shocked at their quote for a water heater. I used to think they were great.
