The USPS website informed me that a package of mine was available here for pick up on 6/28. I arrived and asked the clerk if she could see if it was behind the counter. She refused. She refused to even punch in the USPS tracking number to check the status for me and insisted the package would be forwarded to my address and that the USPS website was wrong. She yelled the entire time, and acted adversarial despite the simple and polite nature of my questions. I left disgusted.

There's always parking, no lines, and friendly employees

On January 20th 2016 e Package with the tracking number was not delivered to me, though the post office confirmed that it was received by them, but after that strangely disappeared.

Now almost the same situation: on April 15th the post office claimed that my e Package with the tracking number was delivered to the mail box. But there wasn't anything in my mail box. Something is obviously wrong with post office delivery system.

If you're looking for an experienced similar to that of trying to make a transaction at the RMV then this is the place for you they've got it all long lines grumpy standoffish staff credit card machines that don't work, all of this housed in an outdated cold and uninviting decor. And what you ask keeps this machine running? Your tax dollars hard at work! I have two words for you... FedEx

My mother passed away. I am executor. I filed forwarding information on-line. There was no mail, just a yellow card in her mailbox, December 3. I called Stoughton Post Office. Clerk on Monday Dec 5 said her mail was in Stoughton, I could not possibly have filed on line, and would have to come to Stoughton. I came the next day, wasting a three-hour round trip in heavy traffic to do so. Her mail was not in Stoughton. I had been asked to bring original copy of her will, which meant I had to delay filing for probate. Was told it would be in Revere probably the next day. Now, Thursday afternoon, I'm told it will take a week or two! I was hung up on twice. So... I'm responsible to pay her bills... and I can't see them to pay them. My mother had filed a lawsuit in Brockton court, against dentist who ignored her need for dental work, and I may miss a court deadline. I'm dawdling in Boston and should be in NYC. All I get is "misinformation." In my line of work, these are called "lies."
