Exemplary service, chef actually circulated to ask how diners found meals, place was extremely clean, and offered a large menu. Only negative was how remarkably caloric most menu items were, altho was able to get a baked potato instead of fries.
One star because they have a vegetarian option. One for the service. One star because the food was decent. The place smelled like it needs a good cleaning, floors were sticky. The Stella we ordered tasted like fridge. I liked the build your own burger as it had many options to build up. Average American chain restaurant. Nothing special.
Their ribs are great. But the rest...meh . I had the sirloin , and it was tough. The chicken wings are good, but nothing special. Also, they nickel and dime you to death. For example, there's a .75 upcharge if you want lettuce instead of a bun for your burger. And there are not one, not two, but three price-points for the sides. Still, friendly service and great ribs will keep me coming back... twice a year when I eat ribs.

1 star is 1 star too many. Service was awful, waited over an hour for food and despite the wait the food was subpar at best. A line out the door even tho there are more tables empty than full. Will never be coming back, im asking santa for some smokey bones bankruptcy for Christmas.
