No pressure to buy, professional salespeople, good quality furniture and very helpful with change in furniture items prior to delivery. Good quality furniture for reasonable prices. Delivery dates and times were as scheduled with friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Will go to Bobs again for all my furniture needs.

Delivery team was great. Entire bedroom set was put together quickly and moved in with fast efficiency. Team even replaced bed into different location when my wife asked to have it placed in another position as I was not home to assist her. Delivery team was professional and pleasant to my wife and daughter throughout delivery.
Great experience overall! I had looked online and thought I already knew what I wanted but the knowledgeable sales consultant “Jay O” was really really helpful and patient in helping me decide on the perfect fit. He also explained the benefits of adding goof proof without pressuring me in to the add on. I decided I was going to go home and think about the purchase. I returned about a week later and although Jay was not there another associate “Christian” was really extremely helpful in helping me finalize the transaction. Lastly the delivery was prompt and convenient. I was given a four hour window but was able to easily track the expected arrival time and received a call when they were 15 minutes away. Having worked with customer service and sales for nearly ten years I really appreciate this level of professionalism and will consider Bob’s for my future furniture needs.
I and husband just purchased a dining room set on Thursday by Tuesday morning because I was the first drop off. I had my set assembled and they where out of there by 8 am. They where on time and I loved it! My dining set looks lovely and I'm so happy! I'll would recommend them to everyone to check them out and give them a chance instead of buying furniture for thousands of dollars , compare first and you will be amazed at this store and what great stuff they have!
