Only set back is they occasionally have a limited number of cars to choose from.
They sent me a dirty car on insurance rental and then charged my bank account for the car. Then when I called to find out why my bank account is being charged I was transfered 10 times then hung up on. Horrible services I would never rent from this place again.
I have used other rental companies and walked away because the customer service was subpar, basic, and at times rude. The agents at Hertz are personable and they make you feel comfortable and happy. Let's face it, in the world we live in today, good customer service is dying. Customer service is equally as important as the rental. I recommend and give Hertz 5 Stars. Staff needs more training before they are allowed to write contracts or make promises.
Have rented from them for years and continue to go back for the ease and convience of this location.

My rental was great. Not 5 stars because when I kept the car longer all the gentleman had to do was add my brother as a driver. Never tell a customer, a gold member, that other people are waiting for the car. Part of the rental is that one can extend as many days as they want. I could see he was under pressure and was empathetic.
